Researchers have confirmed that children do their most important learning before kindergarten. That is why TLC Academy focuses on early childhood development wrapped in Tender Loving Care (TLC).
At TLC, our emphasis is on learning while never forgetting the key to being a kid... FUN!
We foster early development but never force our kids to grow up too fast. Beyond the typical preschool activities, our kids will be challenged with classes in Math, Science, Language Arts, Geography, Arts & Crafts, and Music.
Our facility is built for fun and education! The kids enjoys our huge outdoor play areas when weather permits. With the climate in Cincinnati we knew a great indoor facility was a MUST! Combine the HUGE ball-pit & slide play-structure, our own Spiderman Bounce House, with the actual Cincinnati Royals hardwood NBA basketball court...and you have a kids and even dads dream come true!
The only downside with TLC is that your kids may never want to go home.

Daycare Rates & Rules
TLC Academy is a Full Day Center (includes a.m. and p.m. snack and lunch)
INFANTS - 6 Weeks - 18 Months 5 days $220.00
TODDLERS - 18 Months - 3 Yrs Old 5 days $210.00
PRE-SCHOOL - 3 - 5 Yrs Old 5 days $200.00 (Must be Potty Trained)
SCHOOL AGE - 5 - 11 Yrs Old 5 days $200.00 (Summer Program)
Open Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:30 pm
Full time care is for 5 days per week. One week of vacation time is given at no charge after one full year of enrollment. Vacation days may only be taken in weekly increments and may not be used without one-week prior written notification.
Payment are due by Monday Evening. A late charge of $10.00 will be charge if payment is not received by Wednesday.
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged if payment is not received by Friday.
A Late Fee will be charged at the rate of $10.00 per 15 minutes past 6:30 p.m. for late pick-up.
Security Deposit
Families enrolling will be assessed a security deposit based on the enrollment schedule. A week of security deposit is required. Security deposits will be refunded upon leaving the program.
In order to obtain full credit for your security deposit, you must provide two weeks notice of intent to leave the program.
Other Fees
1. Registration: An initial non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 will be due upon enrollment.
2. Returned Checks: A charge of $30.00 will be assessed for any returned checks plus and an additional late fee of $10.00 per day until payment is made in full. Payments thereafter must be made in cash or money order.

School hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
